Alcohol and Drug Policy
For the safety and enjoyment of all guests, the use or possession of alcohol, illegal drugs, or controlled substances is strictly prohibited during all trips and lessons. Guest appearing to be under the influence may be denied participation without refund.
Fishing License Requirement
All guests are required to possess a valid Alberta fishing license prior to participating in any trip or lesson. It is the guest's responsibility to obtain and carry the appropriate license.
Cameras And Recording Devices
Personal cameras and recoding devices are permitted. By participating, guests acknowledge that photographs or video may be taken for promotional or marketing purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.
Safety And Conduct
Guests are expected to follow all guide instructions and practice safe, respectful behavior at all times. Failure to comply with safety guidelines may result in termination of the trip without refund.
Right To Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone whose behavior is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or in violation of company policies.
